TO ASSIST UTAH VALLEY UNIVERSITY (UVU) IN FULFILLING ITS OBJECTIVES: TO AID AND ADVANCE THE SERVICES OF UVU, TO RAISE FUNDS FOR STUDENT SCHOLARSHIPS, AND TO RAISE FUNDS FOR UNIVERSITY PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT.

THE COMPANY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF IRRIGATION WATER TO ITS SHAREHOLDERS. THE COMPANY IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE CANALS USED FOR IRRIGATION WATER DELIVERY BY ASSESSING ITS SHAREHOLDERS THE ANTICIPATED COSTS OF ITS OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE.
