SEEKING TO PUT GOD'S LOVE INTO ACTION, HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF UTAH COUNTY FOSTERS HOPE AND UNITES DIVERSE GROUPS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES BY BUILDING, RENOVATING, AND REPAIRING HOMES.

RESTORE OPERATIONS THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES TWO RESTORES, WHICH SELL DONATED BUILDING MATERIALS AND GENTLY USED HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND APPLIANCES TO THE PUBLIC. RESTORE REVENUE SUPPORTS THE ORGANIZATION'S ABILITY TO PLAN AND EXECUTE ITS AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS AND SERVICES. IN ADDITION, THE RESTORES PROVIDE A MEANS OF REUSING AND RECYCLING GOODS THAT MAY OTHERWISE CONTRIBUTE TO LOCAL LANDFILLS.


AFFORDABLE HOUSING THE ORGANIZATION'S AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROGRAMS INCLUDE BUILDING NEW HOMES, REPAIRING HOUSING STOCK, AND PROVIDING ADVOCACY AND EDUCATION FOR LOW- INCOME FAMILIES. DURING FY23, THE ORGANIZATION WORKED ON BUILDING 1 NEW HOME. IN ADDITION, THE ORGANIZATION COMPLETED 15 CRITICAL HOME REPAIR PROJECTS. THE ORGANIZATION COORDINATES HUNDREDS OF VOLUNTEERS EACH YEAR WHO ASSIST IN ITS MISSION OF BUILDING, RENOVATING, AND REPAIRING HOMES FOR FAMILIES IN NEED.
