SCERA PROVIDES WHOLESOME FAMILY-ORIENTED FILMS AND LIVE STAGE PRODUCTIONS TO THE COMMUNITY. THE FACILITIES ARE FREQUENTLY USED FOR SPECIAL PROGRAMS OF A CULTURAL AND EDUCATIONAL NATURE BY SCHOOLS, THE COMMUNITY, CIVIL CLUBS, ETC. SCERA SHELL AMPHITHEATRE - A 5,000 SEATING CAPACITY OUTDOOR AMPHITHEATRE PROVIDES A PLACE FOR COMMUNITY THEATER AND MANY OTHER PROGRAMS TO BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. PROGRAMS INCLUDE THE UTAH SYMPHONY, NATIONAL ENTERTAINERS, MUSICAL PRODUCTIONS, COMMUNITY CELEBRATIONS, AND MUCH MORE. SCERA'S HERITAGE MUSEUM CONTAINS ARTWORK AND ITEMS OF HISTORICAL VALUE FROM THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY. CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS - SCERA PROVIDES SEVERAL EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE COMMUNITY TO LEARN DANCE, ART, PHOTOGRAPHY, VOICE, AND DRAMA. COSTUME RENTAL - SCERA RENTS ITS COSTUMES TO THE COMMUNITY FOR USE IN OTHER DRAMATIC PRODUCTIONS AS A PUBLIC SERVICE.
