FAMILY SELF SUFFICIENCY - RENTAL ASSISTANCE, UTILITY ASSISTANCE, TRANSPORTATION ASSISTANCE TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS. 3. WORK FORCE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES - SCHOLARSHIPS FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING.4. PROJECT LISTOS - ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE.5.
