KEYBANK BUSINESS ACCELERATOR ACADEMY: THIS PROGRAM WAS TAUGHT BY RALPH LITTLE, PROFESSOR AND BUSINESS ENTRUPRUER AND WORKED WITH CHAMBER STAFF TO CREATE THE CURRICULUM. THIS HANDS-ON, 11-WEEK PROGRAM, PROVIDES THE KNOWLEDGE AND KNOW-HOW BUSINESS OWNERS & CEOS NEED TO CREATE (AND MANAGE) A CUSTOMIZED, THREE-YEAR STRATEGIC GROWTH PLAN. GRADUATE COMPANIES EXPERIENCED A 29% ANNUAL REVENUE INCREASE, CREATED 2 NEW JOBS, RETAINED 68 JOBS, SECURED OVER 547,000 IN NEW FINANCING.
BUSINESS INSTITUTE: THIS PROGRAM OFFERS LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES TO BUSINESSES IN THE AREAS OF LEADERSHIP, DIGITAL MARKETING, FINANCES, SALES,INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP. THE PROGRAM HAD OVER 150 ATTENDEES FROM 40 COMPANIES.
EVENTS: THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED 65 EVENTS WITH OVER 3,100 ATTENDEES. THE EVENTS INCLUDED THE TITAN AWARDS, PEAK AWARDS, TWO GOLF TOURNAMENTS, BUSINESS AFTER HOURS, EXECUTIVE FORUMS, WOMEN IN BUSINESS LUNCHES, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT PROVIDED NETWORKING, PROMOTION, AND COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITES FOR BUSINESSES.
IN 2021, WE HOSTED LEADERSHIP SOUTH VALLEY. WHICH IS A FULL DAY ONCE A MONTH FOR 10 MONTHS. LEADERSHIP SOUTH VALLEY TACKLES THE ISSUES SURROUNDING THE BUSINESSES LIKE FINANCE, BANKING, SALES & MARKETING. WE ALSO EDUCATED ON COMMUNITY ISSUES LIKE CLEAN AIR, HOMELESSNESS, TRANSPROTATION, HEALTH CARE, HOUSING AND WE EDUCATED ON GOVERNMENT. ALL THESE ISSUES AND OTEHRS ARE TAUGHT BY THE LEADERS IN THESE VARIOUS AREAS.
