THE CEDAR CITY AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE HOSTS SEVERAL EVENTS EACH YEAR. THE PURPOSE OF EACH EVENT VARIES; HOWEVER, THE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO BRING PEOPLE TOGETHER SO THEY CAN BUILD RELATIONSHIPS & HELP STRENGTHEN OUR COMMUNITY.
MONTHLY LUNCHEONS ALONG WITH OTHER TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES ARE PROVIDED TO HELP OUR MEMBERS DEVELOP SKILLS AND INCREASE THEIR KNOWLEDGE REGARDING VARIOUS ASPECTS OF CONDUCTING BUSINESS. WE WORK CLOSELY WITH THE BUSINESS RESOURCE CENTER, THE SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER, WOMEN'S BUSINESS CENTER OF UTAH, SOUTHWEST TECHNICAL COLLEGE, SOUTHERN UTAH UNIVERSITY, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE RELEVANT INSTRUCTION.
A 30 YEAR STRATEGIC VISION AIMED AT HELPING TO MAP OUT THE FUTURE TO ENSURE A HEALTHY & DIVERSIFIED ECONOMY. THIS WAS ACCOMPLISHED BY BRINGING TOGETHER CITY, COUNTY, STATE, & FEDERAL PARTNERS ALONG WITH BUSINESS OWNERS, NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, K-12 AND HIGHER EDUCATION, AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC.
