TO SPREAD KINDNESS AND TO INCREASE THE WELL-BEING AND HAPPINESS OF INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS, AND COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING KINDNESS GRANTS AND SUPPORTING THIS WORK IN SCHOOLS, WORKPLACES, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND PUBLIC SAFETY. TO SUPPORT SOCIAL JUSTICE, POVERTY ALLEVIATION, CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE, ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABLITY, AND PROJECTS THAT MAKE A MORE KIND, JUST, AND COMPASSIONATE WORLD.

SCHOOLS - THE FOUNDATION PROGRAMS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED IN 79 K-12 SCHOOLS SERVING 43,000 STUDENTS. FUNDING FOR A SECOND YEAR OF PROGRAMS IS BEING PROVIDED TO 45 OF THESE SCHOOLS. IN ADDITION, THE EVERYBODY BELONGS KINDNESS GRANTS TO URBAN SCHOOL DISTRICTS. SAN ANTONIO AND PHILADELPHIA INVESTED ITS OWN FUNDS TO MASSIVELY EXPAND KINDNESS PROGRAMS IN ITS SCHOOLS.


SOCIAL SERVICES - 10 SOCIAL SERVICE AGENCIES AND 2 SCHOOLS IN FLORIDA ARE IMPLEMENTING 15-SESSION FACILITATED GROUPS FOR CLOSE TO 1000 YOUTH OF COLOR WITH A HISTORY OF TRAUMA USING THE BOOK LASTING HAPPINESS: A GUIDE FOR TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS. THESE SESSIONS ARE DESIGNED TO HELP YOUTH LEARN KIND HABITS AND UNLEARN UNKIND HABITS, WHICH IS A CENTRAL PATH TO CLOSE CARING RELATIONSHIPS, A SENSE OF HEALTHY BELONGING, AND LASTING HAPPINESS. THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES FREE TRAINING FOR FACILITATORS. PARTICIPANTS RECEIVE FREE COPIES OF THE BOOK AND ARE ACTUALLY PAID WHEN THEY COMPLETE THE ENTIRE SEQUENCE OF 15 FACILITATED SESSIONS.


WOKRPLACES - KIND AND EFFECTIVE WORKPLACE PROGRAMS ARE BEING WELCOMED BY TRADE ASSOCIATIONS AND INDIVIDUAL BUSINESSES AS EVIDENCED BY 300 INDIVIDUALS FROM 75 ORGANIZATIONS HAVING ATTENDED EITHER AN HOUR-LONG ORIENTATION SESSION OR TWO, FOUR HOUR TRAINING SESSIONS.
