BY 2050, LATINOS WILL COMPRISE NEARLY 30 OF THE US POPULATION. TODAY AND IN THE FUTURE, THE DEMOGRAPHIC DESTINY OF THE U.S. WILL BE CHARACTERIZED BY THE GROWING LATINO POPULATION. IN FACT, LATINOS HAVE AN IMPACT IN ALL ASPECTS OF LIFE. WE ADVANCE LATINOS TO POSITIONS OF INFLUENCE AND POWER THROUGH CROSS-SECTOR LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, ENTREPRENEURSHIP SUPPORT AND THE ACTIVATION OF OUR NATIONAL LATINO PROFESSIONAL NETWORK. BY UNLOCKING THE FULL POTENTIAL OF LATINO LEADERS THROUGH ACCESS TO TECHNICAL AND SOCIAL CAPITAL, WE WILL REACH OUR GOAL OF SUCCESSFULLY BUILDING POWER, DRIVING CHANGE, AND GENERATING WEALTH.

IGNITE WAS DEVELOPED AFTER YEARS OF RESEARCH AND WORK WITH LATINO PROFESSIONALS ACROSS ALL SECTORS AND INDUSTRIES TO REFLECT THE DEEP RICHNESS AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY OF THE LATINO COMMUNITY. IT MEETS INDIVIDUALS WHERE THEY ARE IN THEIR UNIQUE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY. BASED AND ROOTED IN NEUROSCIENCE, IGNITE PROVIDES THE FOUNDATION FOR HELPING INDIVIDUALS BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW THEY THINK, SO THEY ACKNOWLEDGE HOW THEY FEEL, AND ULTIMATELY TAP INTO HOW THEY CAN BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE LEADERS. BEYOND THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THAT IGNITE OFFERS, INDIVIDUALS ALSO CULTIVATE MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER LATINO PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN RELATE TO THEIR UNIQUE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY AND SUPPORT THEM ALONG THE WAY. IGNITE HAS SUPPORTED OVER 500 LATINO PROFESSIONALS, EDUCATORS, COMMUNITY LEADERS AND ELECTED OFFICIALS BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPLORE IDENTIFY, BUILD CONFIDENCE, DEVELOP EXECUTIVE DECISION MAKING TECHNIQUES, AND CREATE A FRAMEWORK FOR ADVANCEMENT DRIVEN BY VALUES AND GOALS. IGNITE GRADUATES ARE REPRESENTED IN DECISION MAKING POSITIONS IN MID MANAGEMENT TO SENIOR EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP. THE CULTURAL CONNECTIONS MADE THROUGH IGNITE AMPLY THE OVERALL PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
LEAP LAUNCHED AND COMPLETED ITS SECOND COHORT WHICH LAUNCHED IN JANUARY 2024 AND CONCLUDED IN SEPTEMBER 2024. THE PROGRAM LAUNCHED AND GRADUATED FIVE (5) LATINO ENTREPRENEURS WITH THE FOLLOWING REPRESENTATION: A) THREE (3) FEMALE-LED COMPANIES AND TWO (2) MALE-LED COMPANIES; B) FOUR (4) COMPANIES GENERATING BETWEEN $150,000 AND $500,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE AND ONE (1) COMPANY GENERATING ABOVE $1,000,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE. EACH ENTREPRENEUR WAS ASSIGNED TWO (2) FORMAL ADVISORS THAT MEET INDIVIDUALLY ON A MONTHLY BASIS AND COLLECTIVELY ON A QUARTERLY BASIS. THE PROGRAM INCLUDED SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS, THOUGHT LEADERS AND AN EXPERT SPEAKER SERIES THAT COVERED A RANGE OF KEY BUSINESS TOPICS INCLUDING MASTERY OF FINANCIAL STATEMENTS, SALES BEST PRACTICES AND NEUROSCIENCE BASED LEADERSHIP. WE WILL CONTINUE TO MONITOR AND SUPPORT THE ENTREPRENEURS TO ACHIEVE THE LONGER TERM OUTCOMES OF ACHIEVING $1,000,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE (LESS THAN 3% OF LATINO BUSINESSES REACH $1,000,000 IN ANNUAL REVENUE.
