IGNITE WAS DEVELOPED AFTER YEARS OF RESEARCH AND WORK WITH LATINO PROFESSIONALS ACROSS ALL SECTORS AND INDUSTRIES TO REFLECT THE DEEP RICHNESS AND CULTURAL DIVERSITY OF THE LATINO COMMUNITY. IT MEETS INDIVIDUALS WHERE THEY ARE IN THEIR UNIQUE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY. BASED IN NEUROSCIENCE, IGNITE PROVIDES THE FOUNDATION FOR HELPING INDIVIDUALS BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW THEY THINK, SO THEY CAN ACKNOWLEDGE HOW THEY FEEL, AND ULTIMATELY TAP INTO HOW THEY CAN BECOME MORE EFFECTIVE LEADERS. BEYOND THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THAT IGNITE OFFERS, INDIVIDUALS WILL ALSO CULTIVATE MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER LATINO PROFESSIONALS WHO CAN RELATE TO THEIR UNIQUE LEADERSHIP JOURNEY AND SUPPORT THEM ALONG THE WAY. LAST YEAR IGNITE SUPPORTED OVER 200 LATINO PROFESSIONALS, EDUCATORS, COMMUNITY LEADERS, AND ELECTED OFFICIALS BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPLORE IDENTITY, BUILD CONFIDENCE, DEVELOP EXECUTIVE DECISION-MAKING TECHNIQUES, AND CREATE A FRAMEWORK FOR ADVANCEMENT DRIVEN BY VALUES AND GOALS. THE CULTURAL CONNECTIONS AMPLIFY THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.
LLI'S INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP TRAINING, INSIGHT TO INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP, WAS DEVELOPED WITH A NEUROSCIENCE LENS AND GROUNDED IN HISTORY AND CONTEXT PREPARES LEADERS FOR THE DIVERSE WORKPLACE. LAST YEAR THE LLI SUPPORTED OVER 300 ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERS WITH THIS TRANSFORMATIONAL PROGRAM. INSIGHT TO INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP EXAMINES HOW OUR BRAINS HAVE BEEN UNIQUELY SHAPED BY OUR EXPERIENCES, EMOTIONS, RELATIONSHIPS, AND SOCIETY. THIS NEUROSCIENCE LENS, GROUNDED IN HISTORY AND CONTEXT, IS THE FOUNDATION FOR HELPING INDIVIDUALS BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW THEY THINK, SO THEY CAN ACKNOWLEDGE HOW THEY FEEL, AND ULTIMATELY TAP INTO HOW THEY CAN BECOME MORE INCLUSIVE LEADERS. INSIGHT TO INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP IS COLLABORATIVE IN NATURE AND DESIGNED FOR ORGANIZATIONS THAT SEE THE OPPORTUNITIES AND ADVANTAGES OF DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURES.
