WARRIORS CENTER FOR WOMEN HARDEMAN IS DEDICATED TO ASSISTING WOMEN IN OVERCOMING ISSUES RELATED TO HOMELESSNESS AND/OR SUBSTANCE ABUSE. WE MEET NEEDS SUCH AS SHELTER, CLOTHING, MEDICAL/DENTAL ASSISTANCE, REHABILITATION, EDUCATION & JOB TRAINING.

Part 3 - Line 4a

RECOVERY & REHABILITATION PROGRAM - THE OBJECTIVE IS TO HELP WOMEN THAT ARE HOMELESS AND/OR ADDICTED TO SUBSTANCES BY PROVIDING SAFE HOUSING & SPIRITUAL SUPPORT. THIS HELPS THEM TO BECOME PRODUCTIVE MEMBERS OF SOCIETY. IN 2022, 30 WOMEN WERE HOUSED THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN HOMELESS OTHERWISE. THE AVERAGE STAY IS 180 DAYS. THE AVERAGE COUNSELING & GROUP HOURS PER INDIVIDUAL IS 380 HOURS OF REHABILITATION TREATMENT. WE SERVED 19,710 MEALS TO THOSE IN THE PROGRAM OVER THE YEAR. WE HELPED PROVIDE HEALTHCARE FOR 29 WOMEN THROUGH LOCAL MEDICAL PARTNERSHIPS. DENTAL CARE IS PROVIDED THROUGH LOCAL COMMUNITY DENTAL PROVIDERS. WE PROVIDED CLOTHING FOR 30 WOMEN AND 27 WOMEN RECEIVED WORK THERAPY AND JOB TRAINING TO HELP LEARN A BALANCED AND PRODUCTIVE LIFE IN THE WORKFORCE AND TO BUILD TRADE SKILLS. 8 WOMEN GRADUATED THE PROGRAM THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. THE PROGRAM PROVIDED 22 OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMMUNITY OUTREACH TO HELP THE LOCAL HOMELESS COMMUNITIES.
