HOMEOWNERSHIP CREATION: FRONTIER HOUSING INVESTED OVER 3.1 MILLION IN OUR COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE CREATION OF NEW HOMEOWNERS. WE SERVED OVER 50 FAMILIES WITH A HOUSING SOLUTION THAT LED THEM TO PURCHASING A NEW HOME. WE BUILT AND FINANCED 9 NEW HOMES. HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND COUNSELING: FRONTIER PROVIDED HOMEBUYER EDUCATION AND CREDIT COUNSELING FOR OVER 200 HOUSEHOLDS IN PREPARING THEM TO BECOME HOMEBUYERS. HOME REHABILITATION: FRONTIER REHABILITATED 10 HOMES TO EXISTING HOMEOWNERS IN OUR SERVICE AREA. RENTAL HOUSING: FRONTIER OWNED AND OPERATED 47 RENTAL UNITS PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES.
