GROUP LIVING: THIS AGENCY OPERATES NINE HOMES THAT PROVIDE RESIDENCES FOR UP TO 36 INDIVIDUALS IN GROUP-STYLE SETTINGS. SERVICES INCLUDE DIRECT STAFF SUPERVISION, COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING IN ALL ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, AND TRANSPORTATION.
SUPPORTED LIVING: THIS AGENCY PROVIDES SUPPORT AND RESPITE SERVICES IN ALL ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING FOR THOSE WHO RESIDE IN THEIR OWN HOMES. SERVICES INCLUDE DIRECT STAFF SUPPORT, SKILL TRAINING, AND TRANSPORTATION.
