CHILDREN & FAMILY SERVICES - THE CHILDREN'S HOME OF EASTON OFFERS VARIOUS PROGRAMS AND SERVICES IN OUR CONTINUUM OF CARE. THIS CONTINUUM OF CARE RANGES FROM EMERGENCY SHELTER SERVICES, TO CAMPUS RESIDENTIAL (NON RTF), TO CAMPUS AND COMMUNITY BASED GROUP HOMES, TO TRANSITIONAL AND INDEPENDENT LIVING - ALL THESE PROGRAMS AND SERVICES SERVE BOTH MALES AND FEMALES RANGING IN AGE FROM 10 TO 21 YEARS OLD. WE ALSO PROVIDE GENERAL FOSTER CARE - SERVING BOTH MALES AND FEMALES FROM INFANT TO 21 YEARS OLD. WE ALSO WORK WITH FAMILIES TO FACILITATE ADOPTIONS AND PROVIDE SUPERVISED VISITATION, VISIT COACHING, AND CUSTODY EXCHANGES.
