EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT CONSUMER AND CONSTITUTIONAL ISSUES. SUPPORT THE ETHICAL EFFORTS OF LAWYERS TO HELP ANY PERSON WHO IS INJURED BY THE MISCONDUCT OR NEGLIGENCE OF OTHERS TO OBTAIN JUSTICE IN THE COURTS OF ARIZONA. UPHOLD AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND OF ARIZONA.

STATE LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS ARE MONITORED AND MEMBERS ARE ADVISED OF PENDING AND ENACTED LEGISLATION AFFECTING THE PERSONAL INJURY LEGAL PROCESS.
