CDAA HOSTS MANY LIVE TRAINING EVENTS, DISTANCE LEARNINGS, AND WEBINARS EACH YEAR ON A VARIETY OF PROSECUTION-RELATED TOPICS. OUR SPECIALIZED CALIFORNIA STATE BAR MCLE-ACCREDITED SEMINARS OFFER GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED SEMINARS TO PROSECUTORS AND LAW ENFORCEMENT PERSONNEL. CDAA SEMINARS PROVIDE INTENSIVE TRAINING TO THOUSANDS OF PROSECUTORS, PEACE OFFICERS, AND ALLIED PROFESSIONALS EACH YEAR.
VIOLENCE AND ABUSE ARE BOTH CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND PUBLIC HEALTH PRIORITIES. THE CALIFORNIA CLINICAL FORENSIC MEDICAL TRAINING CENTER (CCFMTC) PROJECT IS DEDICATED TO BUILDING EXPERTISE AND A STRONG COLLABORATION THAT BRINGS TOGETHER THE DISCIPLINES OF NURSING, MEDICINE, CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEMS, AND FORENSIC SCIENCE TO APPROACH THESE COMPLEX PROBLEMS AND TO IMPROVE THE HEALTHCARE RESPONSE TO VICTIMS OF INTERPERSONAL VIOLENCE.
THE CIRCUIT PROSECUTOR PROJECT PROVIDES ATTORNEYS WHO SPECIALIZE INENVIRONMENTAL CRIME AND WORKERS' SAFETY VIOLATIONS TO PROSECUTE THESE OFTEN-COMPLEX CASES FOR UNDER-STAFFED DISTRICT ATTORNEY OFFICES.
