TECHNOLOGY AND INTERNET; COMMUNICATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP; SECTIONS AND COMMITTEES: PROVIDE LEGAL INFORMATION, RESOURCES AND DISCUSSION FORUMS TO MEMBERS. FACILIATE COMMUNICATION AMONG MEMBERS AND OTHER LOCAL BAR ASSOCIATIONS AND SPECIALTY BAR ASSOCIATIONS.
FEDERAL PRO SE ASSISTANCE PROJECT: CLINIC TO ASSIST UNREPRESENTED LITIGANTS IN THE U.S. DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF COLORADO. THE CLINIC HELPS TO PREPARE COMPLAINTS AND RESPONSIVE PLEADINGS, PROVIDES ASSISTANCE WITH OTHER COMMON PLEADINGS, ANSWERS PROCEDURAL QUESTIONS, AND EXPLAINS LEGAL CONCEPTS SUCH AS JURISDICTION, VENUE, AND SERVICE OF PROCESS. THE FOCUS IS ON CIVIL PROCEDURE NAVIGATING THE COURT SYSTEM.
