THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDED AFFORDABLE HOUSING TO THE ELDERLY AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A FULLY ACCESSIBLE, 30-UNIT MULTIFAMILY HOUSING COMPLEX IN TUCSON, ARIZONA. IN 2021, THIS ORGANIZATION PROVIDED DECENT, SAFE AND SANITARY HOUSING TO 35 RESIDENTS: 14% BETWEEN THE AGES 18-61 (NON-ELDERLY PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES), 74% BETWEEN THE AGES OF 62-81 AND 12% BETWEEN THE AGES OF 82-95. IN 2021, THIS COMMUNITY CONTINUED TO BE IMPACTED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC AND HAD TO CANCEL OR POSTPONE SOCIAL ACTIVITIES AND COMMUNITY EVENTS ON-SITE.
