THE ASSOCIATION WORKS WITH LOCAL AND FEDERAL OFFICIALS TO DEVELOP POLICIES THAT ENSURE EQUITY AND FAIRNESS TO ITS MEMBERS IN THE BEER AND WINE DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY. THE ASSOCIATION ENDORSES ETHICAL METHODS FOR DISTRIBUTING AND SELLING BEER AND WINE AND ACTIVELY PROMOTES RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION PRACTICES. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO WORKS CLOSELY WITH THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF LIQUOR LICENSING AND CONTROL. DURING THE LAST SEVEN LEGISLATIVE SESSIONS, BWDA HAS LED AN INDUSTRY COALITION EFFORT TO SUCCESSFULLY ENACT LIQUOR OMNIBUS LEGISLATION TO STREAMLINE AND MODERNIZE ARIZONA'S THREE-TIER REGULATORY SYSTEM.
