WE ARE A JOURNALISM COOPERATIVE THAT IS PASSIONATE ABOUT FOOD AND THE COMPLEX INTERCONNECTIONS THAT BRING IT TO OUR TABLES. TO DO THAT, WE UPHOLD THE HIGHEST JOURNALISTIC STANDARDS TO SPOTLIGHT THE SOCIAL, POLITICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND ECONOMIC ISSUES THAT SURROUND ITEVERYTHING FROM WORKERS RIGHTS AND THE IMPACT OF CLIMATE CHANGE TO RURAL LAND USE AND THE CHALLENGES FACING GROCERY STORES, FARMERS MARKETS AND RESTAURANTS. OUR JOURNALISM SEEKS OUT BREAKING NEWS, EMERGING TRENDS AND THE BIG-PICTURE ISSUES FACING IDAHO AND THE REGION.
