WEB CONTENT (AMERICAN MOMENT STUDIOS) - AMERICAN MOMENT STUDIOS IS THE CONTENT GENERATION ARM OF AMERICAN MOMENT, BRING- ING DIGESTIBLE VISUAL AND WRITTEN CONTENT TO A MASS AUDIENCE. MOMENT OF TRUTH IS AMERICAN MOMENTS ORIGINAL PODCAST PRODUCTION GEARED TOWARD YOUNG PEOPLE WITH AN INTEREST IN POLICY AND POLITICS WHERE YOUNG MINDS CAN ENGAGE WITH THE BEST OF WHAT IS BEING SAID AND DISCUSSED IN THE CONSERVATIVE MOVEMENT, KEEPING THEM UP TO DATE ON THE STRAIGHT AND NARROW. EACH EPISODE FEATURES A GUEST AT THE TOP OF THEIR FIELD DISCUSSING HOW THEY ACHIEVED THEIR PROMINENCE, WHAT THEY BELIEVE IN, AND WHAT THE BEST PATH FORWARD FOR OUR NATION IS. THE SHOW NOTCHED 40 EPISODES IN 2021, GARNERING OVER 1 MILLION IMPRESSIONS ONLINE, AND OVER 12,500 COMPLETE HOURS VIEWED ON YOUTUBE.
FELLOWSHIP - IN 2021, WE LAUNCHED OUR FLAGSHIP FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM, HOSTING TEN INAUGURAL FELLOWS FOR THE SUMMER. WE PROVIDED A LIVABLE STIPEND SO THAT FELLOWS WOULD NOT REQUIRE OUTSIDE HOUSING SUPPLEMENTATION. FELLOWS WERE ABLE TO DEVELOP ON-THE-JOB SKILLS AND KEY EARLY CAREER CREDENTIALS. THE STEEPEST HILL TO CLIMB FOR ANY YOUNG PERSON IS TO GET THEIR FIRST JOB THEIR FIRST INSTITUTION WILLING TO CREDENTIAL THEM WITH THEIR DOLLAR AND REPUTATION IN AFFILIATION. WE DID NOT REQUIRE COLLEGE DEGREES, OR PRIOR DC EXPERIENCE, FOR ADMISSION. ADDITIONALLY, ONE DAY PER WEEK, FELLOWS ATTENDED SEMINARS DESIGNED TO SUPPLEMENT THEIR ON THE JOB EDUCATION AND TEACH THEM THE FOUNDATIONS OF PUBLIC POLICY ACROSS AMERICAN MOMENTS ISSUE PRIORITIES. MOREOVER, NETWORKING ACTIVITIES AND OTHER EXCITING OPPORTUNITIES WERE PROVIDED SO THAT ANY FELLOWSHIP MEMBER HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET NEW PEERS AND MENTORS.
COALITIONS - WITH AN EYE TOWARD THE FUTURE, WEVE CREATED AND MAINTAINED AN INTERNAL DATABASE OF VETTED YOUNG PEOPLE, INCLUDING DETAILED NOTES ON A GIVEN INDIVIDUALS BACKGROUND, POLICY EXPERTISE, INTERESTS, PROFESSIONAL HISTORY, CONNECTIONS, WORLDVIEW, AND INFLUENCES. AS A RESULT, WHEN POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS CONTACT AMERICAN MOMENT FOR PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS, WE QUICKLY CAN PRESENT THEM WITH VIABLE CANDIDATES, MAKING THEIR HIRING PROCESS SIMPLER AND AUGMENTING OUR INFLUENCE. THIS PROCESS IS ACHIEVED THROUGH EXTENSIVE INTERVIEWS WITH YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE LOOKING TO GET INVOLVED OR GROW THEIR INFLUENCE.
