OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE SAFE HOUSING FOR THE YOUTH AND BUILD COMMUNITIES BY ENHANCING THE WORKFORCE THROUGH EDUCATION AND SKILL BUILDING.

OUR ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY PROVIDED SAFE HOUSING FOR YOUNG MEN IN DIRE NEED OF STABILITY AND DAILY ESSENTIALS. WE WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE A FAMILY ENVIRONMENT WITH STRUCTURE AND CONSISTENT ROUTINES FOR DISPLACED YOUTH THAT HAVE FACED VARIOUS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCES. OUR YOUTH WERE ABLE TO GAIN A SENSE OF COMMUNITY THROUGH NUMEROUS COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES. OUR PROGRAM ALLOWED THESE YOUNG MEN TO DEVELOP A SENSE OF COMPASSION FOR BOTH OTHERS AND ANIMALS. THE YOUTH RECEIVED ETIQUETTE TRAINING TO ENHANCE THEIR ABILITY TO INTERACT POSITIVELY IN SOCIETY. OUR YOUNG MEN WERE ABLE TO DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS SUCH AS WORKING AS A TEAM, OPERATING SMALL MACHINERY AND HAND TOOLS, AND TAKING ON VARIOUS LEADERSHIP ROLES AROUND THE FACILITY. DURING THE YEAR WE WERE FORTUNATE TO SERVICE TWENTY YOUTH WHICH EQUATED TO A TOTAL OF 1,383 DAYS OF SERVICE PROVIDED AND SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED. MAJORITY OF OUR YOUTH WERE ABLE TO FIND LONG-TERM PLACEMENT WHERE THEY CONTINUE TO THRIVE.
