WIOA ADULT PROGRAM/INCUMBENT WORKERS PROGRAM ENABLES PARTICIPANTS AGE 18 AND ABOVE TO OBTAIN OR UPGRADE EMPLOYMENT BY ASSISTING THEM WITH UNDERSTANDING WHICH JOBS ARE IN DEMAND, PLANNING THEIR CAREER PATHS, CONDUCTING JOB SEARCHES, AND ASSESSING AND UPGRADING THEIR WORK SKILLS INCLUDING, IF NEEDED, PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE WITH TUITION AND OTHER COSTS OF CAREER-RELATED TRAINING. WIOA YOUTH ACTIVITIES HELP ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED YOUNG PEOPLE WHO NEED HELP TO GET EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND A GOOD START IN THE WORKING WORLD. OFFERS A BROAD RANGE OF SERVICES TO YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16 AND 21.
