PROVIDE ECONOMIC PROGRESS BY IDENTIFYING TRANSFORMATIVE OPPORTUNITIES TO STIMULATE KEKAHA'S ECONOMY. CLEAN UP HISTORICAL CONTAMINATION OF THE KEKAHA SUGAR MILL AND IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELLBEING OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD. REVITALIZE THE COMMUNITY BY CREATING SOCIAL AND CULTURAL PROGRAMS THAT MOVE THE COMMUNITY FORWARD TOGETHER.
