1HOOD POWER EDUCATES, ENGAGES AND MOBILIZES VOTERS IN A DOZEN COUNTIES IN PENNSYLVANIA THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA, SMS TEXTING, AND OUTDOOR EVENTS. 1HOOD POWER MEASURES ITS ACCOMPLISHMENTS USING THE FOLLOWING KEY METRICS DURING CALENDAR YEAR ENDED DECEMBER 31, 2023:- HELD 7 ISSUE ADVOCACY FORUMS- RELEASED 21 CANDIDATE SCORECARDS IN THE PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS- PROVIDED TESTIMONY AT 9 PUBLIC HEARINGS- HELD 8 TOWN HALLS WITH 1,782 PEOPLE ATTENDING- SENT 123,764 GOTV TEXT MESSAGES- KNOCKED NEARLY 7,500 DOORS- MADE OVER 13,000 GOTV PHONE CALLS- GENERATED NEARLY 17,000 SOCIAL MEDIA IMPRESSIONSFORM 990, PART VI, SECTION A, LINE 1: THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL BE COMPOSED OF THE PRESIDENT, AND AT LEAST TWO ADDITIONAL DIRECTORS. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL BE AUTHORIZED TO ACT FOR THE BOARD BETWEEN ITS REGULAR MEETINGS. AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE BOARD, THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE SHALL REVIEW AND EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRESIDENT ANNUALLY.
