IN 2023, FV: PROVIDED RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND MEDIA SUPPORT FOR SIX STATES THAT PASSED RCV LEGISLATION, SEVEN MUNICIPAL RCV BALLOT MEASURE WINS, AND HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF VOTERS USING RCV; PUBLISHED RESEARCH REPORTS AND ANALYSES ON THE NEED FOR ELECTORAL REFORM, INCLUDING OUR BIENNIAL MONOPOLY POLITICS, DUBIOUS DEMOCRACY, AND LOCKED OUT OF REPRESENTATION REPORTS SHOWING THE LACK OF COMPETITION IN CONGRESSIONAL ELECTIONS AND THE OVERWHELMING IMPORTANCE OF PARTISANSHIP.
