DIGITAL: DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR, PRIORITIES EXPANDED ITS ACTIVITIES TO FURTHER DEVELOP OUR LONG TERM RESEARCH, DIGITAL, AND COMMUNICATIONS PROGRAM TO MOBILIZE AMERICANS ON THE ISSUES THAT AFFECT THEIR LIVES. THAT INCLUDED CONDUCTING RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY THE BEST METHODS AND MEDIUMS TO REACH THOSE IMPACTED BY POLICY DECISIONS, AND THEN REACHING DIRECTLY TO THESE CITIZENS ON VITAL ISSUES VIA DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS.
VOTING RIGHTS: DURING THE 2021 CALENDAR YEAR, PRIORITIES USA PURSUED A MISSION OF ENSURING THAT THE DEMOCRATIC PROCESS IS ACCESSIBLE TO EVERY CITIZEN. WE PURSUED THIS EFFORT BY FOCUSING ON TWO MAIN AREAS WE FELT WERE MOST VITAL TO THIS MISSION. THESE AREAS WERE 1) LITIGATING THROUGH OUR JUDICIAL SYSTEM TO OVERTURN LAWS THAT RESTRICT ACCESS TO THE BALLOT ONCE THEY PASSED THEIR LEGISLATURES AND 2) SUPPORTING PROGRAMS THAT WORKED TO SUPPORT THESE GOALS.
