DEMOCRACY WORKS DIRECTLY ENGAGES VOTERS VIA TURBOVOTE AND HOW TO VOTE (HTV). TURBOVOTE HELPS AMERICANS VOTE BY PROVIDING REGISTRATION ASSISTANCE, MAIL BALLOT REQUEST GUIDANCE, AND PERSONALIZED ELECTION NOTIFICATIONS. BY SUPPORTING VOTERS THROUGHOUT THEIR VOTING JOURNEYS, TURBOVOTE INCREASES ACCESS TO DEMOCRATIC PARTICIPATION. HOWTOVOTE PROVIDES STATE-BY-STATE SUMMARIES OF VOTER REGISTRATION AND VOTING RULES FOR ALL 50 STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH, THIS RESOURCE FEATURES TWO DIFFERENT SECTIONS FOR EACH STATE: HOW TO REGISTER AND HOW TO VOTE. BALLOT SCOUT IS AN APPLICATION THAT TRACKS DOMESTIC BALLOTS SENT THROUGH THE MAIL USING UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) INTELLIGENT MAIL BARCODES. BY ADDING VISIBILITY INTO THE MAIL VOTING PROCESS FOR VOTERS AND ELECTION OFFICIALS, BALLOT SCOUT RETURNS CONFIDENCE AND TRUST TO THE SYSTEM.
