DEVELOPMENT AND SALE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING IN ALBUQUERQUE AND OTHER PARTS OF BERNALILLO COUNTY TO LOW AND MODERATE INCOME BUYERS FUNDED BY FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL AGENCIES AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ATTEMPTS TO STIMULATE THE CONVEYANCE OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING AMONG ELIGIBLE BUYERS BY PROVIDING ACCESS TO HOUSING THROUGH LONG-TERM LEASE OF LAND UNDER THE HOUSING.
THE CREATION OF HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES FOR LOW AND MODERATE INCOME PEOPLE, WHO OTHERWISE WOULD BE DENIED SUCH OPPORTUNITIES BECAUSE OF LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES.
