990-EZ, PART III, LINE 28, PROGRAM SERVICE ACCOMPLISHMENTS: THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY CELTIC FESTIVAL, HIGHLAND AND IRISH GAMES IS A CELEBRATION OF THE SEVEN CELTIC NATIONS AND PROVIDES CELTIC MUSIC, ENTERTAINMENT, BAGPIPING, DANCING, HEAVY ATHLETICS, RUGBY, IRISH HURLING, CELTIC DOGS (IN REVIEW AND HERDING DEMONSTRATIONS), AND FAMILY HISTORY. THE FESTIVAL INTRODUCES, CELEBRATES, AND HOLDS TRADITIONAL AND CULTURAL DEMONSTRATIONS FOR APPROXIMATELY 6,500 MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WHO HAVE HISTORICALLY ATTENDED THIS EVENT.
