PROVIDED EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATION SERVICES TO 1,215 MEMBERS, AS WELL AS TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC, REGARDING NEW MEXICO HORSE BREEDING AND HORSE RACING. MONITORED COMPLIANCE WITH THE EVA VACCINATION PROGRAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE LAW AND IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE STATE LIVESTOCK BOARD.
