PARENT CONCIERGE SUPPORT: LOVE YOUR SCHOOL PROVIDES INDIVIDUALIZED SUPPORT TO PARENTS WHO ARE SEARCHING FOR A BETTER EDUCATION ENVIRONMENT FOR THEIR CHILDREN. IN 2021 WE SERVED 350 PARENTS THROUGH OUR PARENT CONCIERGE. THIS IS THE LARGEST AND MOST SIGNIFICANT ASPECT OF OUR PROGRAM SERVICES AND INCLUDES:- INTAKE PHONE CALLS AND IN PERSON MEETINGS WITH PARENTS SEEKING ADVICE AND SUPPORT- REVIEW OF DOCUMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH A STUDENT'S PERFORMANCE- REVIEW OF EVALUATIONS AND SPECIAL EDUCATION PLACEMENTS (504/MET/IEP)- ATTENDANCE AT SPECIAL EDUCATION MEETINGS AND ADVOCACY TO PARENTS FOR PERIODS OF WEEKS OR MONTHS DEPENDING ON THE COMPLEXITY OF THE STUDENT SITUATION
INFORMATIONAL EVENTS: IN 2021 WE HELD OR PARTICIPATED IN APPROXIMATELY 15 INFORMATIONAL EVENTS INCLUDING PRESENTATIONS ABOUT SPECIAL EDUCATION EVALUATIONS, SCHOOL OPTIONS IN ARIZONA, AFFORDING PRIVATE SCHOOL THROUGH TUITION TAX CREDIT SCHOLARSHIPS AND EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARSHIP ACCOUNTS. WE HELD ADDITIONAL SPECIFIC EVENTS FOR PARENTS WHO WERE NEW OR INTERESTED IN EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARSHIP ACCOUNTS AND NEEDED EXTRA SUPPORT NAVIGATING THE PROCESS TO QUALIFY, APPLY, AND UTILIZE THE PROGRAM. WE REACHED APPROXIMATELY 500 FAMILIES ACROSS ARIZONA THROUGH EVENTS WE HELD OR PARTICIPATED IN IN 2021.
PODCAST: OUR PODCAST SERVES FAMILIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY WHO ARE CURIOUS ABOUT SCHOOL OPTIONS, EDUCATION ENTREPRENEURSHIP, SPECIAL EDUCATION EVALUATIONS AND MORE. IN 2021 WE RELEASED 21 PODCAST EPISODES AND RECEIVED 2200 UNIQUE DOWNLOADS OF OUR EPISODES.
