WE ENVISION INNOVATIVE EDUCATION-TO-WORKFORCE SYSTEMS THAT DEVELOP A DIVERSE, TALENTED WORKFORCE PREPARED FOR CURRENT AND FUTURE JOBS, MEET ECONOMIC DEMANDS AND SUSTAIN THRIVING COMMUNITIES.

CAREER-CONNECTED HEALTHCARE PROGRAM IN SAN LUIS VALLEY DEMONSTRATING CAREER-CONNECTED HEALTHCARE PATHWAYS ACCESS, ACCELERATION AND ATTAINMENT STRATEGIES RESULT IN SIGNIFICANTLY MORE LEARNERS, PARTICULARLY LOW-INCOME AND LEARNERS OF COLOR, COMPLETING MORE HIGH QUALITY NON-DEGREE CREDENTIALS, TWO-YEAR AND FOUR-YEAR DEGREES, AND HAVING ACCESS TO OPPORTUNITIES FOR FAMILY-LIVING WAGE WORK.
