VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM THAT TEACHES JOB SKILLS IN THE SCREEN PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY INDSUTRY. THROUGH THIS PROGRAM WE TEACH WORK ETHIC, FINANCIAL LITERACY, JOB PREPAREDNESS, AND CHARACTER SKILLS. BY THE END OF 2021 WE HAVE EMPLOYED 17 YOUTH, HELPED 6 EMPLOYEES OBTAIN THEIR DRIVER'S LICENSES, HELPED 6 EMPLOYEES OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS, HELPED COMPLETE 3 COLLEGE APPLICATION AND 3 FAFSA FORMS, PROVIDED 40 CHARACTER SKILL LESSONS AND SERVED HUNDREDS OF LUNCHES. EMPLOYEES ARE LEARNING VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND SOFT SKILLS SUCH AS PUBLIC SPEAKING, ORGANIZATION, COOPERATION, AND TEAM WORK.
