RESIDENTIAL SERVICES: THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A MULTI-FACETED PROGRAM DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SEVERAL LEVELS OF RESIDENTIAL-BASED SERVICES AND SUPPORT TO DISABLED INDIVIDUALS. ITS GROUP HOMES SERVE AS RESIDENTIAL TRAINING FACILITIES AND ARE STAFFED DEPENDING UPON THE LEVEL OF INDIVIDUAL NEED. ADDITIONAL GROUP HOMES ARE BASED UPON A TENANT SUPPORT MODEL WHERE INDIVIDUALS RESIDE IN A MORE INDEPENDENT ENVIRONMENT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO OPERATES A SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM, WHICH PROVIDES FOR INDEPENDENCE FOR INDIVIDUALS.
VOCATIONAL SERVICES: THE ORGANIZATION TEACHES PRODUCTION AND OTHER VOCATIONAL SKILLS, AND PROVIDES WORK OPPORTUNITIES IN A VARIETY OF SETTINGS INCLUDING A THRIFT STORE OPERATION, WINDOW WASHING, AND JANITORIAL WORK.
