THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO ADDRESS THE WORKFORCE SHORTAGE IN THE TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY AND IDENTIFY DIVERSE TALENT TO MEET INDUSTRY NEEDS.

APPRENTI RECRUITED AND SCREENED OVER A THOUSAND DIVERSE CANDIDATES AND CHOSE THE MOST COMPETITIVE TO ADVANCE TO EMPLOYER INTERVIEWS. THIS RESULTED IN OVER 382 APPRENTICES BEING PLACED IN TECH POSITIONS IN 2021. APPRENTI ALSO EXPANDED TO A NATIONAL PROGRAM TO IMPLEMENT OUR TECH APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM ACROSS THE UNITED SATES. APPRENTI STAFF FILED FOUR ADDITIONAL OCCUPATIONS FOR FEDERAL AND STATE APPROVAL AND CONTINUED OUTREACH TO EMPLOYERS AND CANDIDATES TO FILL THE TECH WORKFORCE GAP LOCALLY AND NATIONALLY.
