WILMINGTON CHILDREN'S CHORUS, INC. IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT EXISTS TO EMPOWER YOUNG PEOPLE TO CHANGE THEIR WORLD THROUGH MUSIC. THE WILMINGTON CHILDREN'S CHORUS IS COMMITTED TO UNITING DIVERSE YOUTH AND FAMILIES BY PROVIDING FREE AND OPEN ACCESS TO ANY QUALIFIED CHILD, REGARDLESS OF FINANCIAL OR SOCIAL BACKGROUND.

ALL OF WCC'S ENSEMBLES ARE 100% TUITION-FREE. WE BELIEVE THAT EVERY CHILD, REGARDLESS OF THEIR FAMILY'S ABILITY TO PAY, DESERVES ACCESS TO HIGH-QUALITY MUSIC EDUCATION. SINCE OUR FOUNDING IN 2020, WE HAVE NEVER CHARGED TUITION OR MEMBERSHIP FEES. WCC HAS CHILDREN FROM ALL OVER THE TRI-STATE AREA. WCC'S CURRICULUM EMPHASIZES MUSIC AND LIFE SKILLS THAT SET YOUNG PEOPLE UP FOR SUCCESS IN LIFE. OUR INSTRUCTION INCLUDES MUSIC LITERACY, SINGING, THE EXPLORATION OF MULTI-CULTURAL AND CLASSICAL MUSIC, CULTURE, AND HISTORY, AND TEACHES YOUTH AND FAMILIES ABOUT RESPONSIBILITY, LEADERSHIP, AND TEAMWORK.
