CENTRAL CALIFORNIA HEALTH CENTERS WAS FORMED ON DECEMBER 9, 2019 IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO SERVE AND PROVIDE MEDICAL, CLINICAL, AND OTHER HEALTH CARE OR SOCIAL SERVICES FOR RESIDENTS OF THE COUNTIES OF CALAVERAS, FRESNO, KERN, KINGS, MADERA, MERCED, SAN JOAQUIN, STANISLAUS, AND TULARE.

CCHC WILL OPERATE AS LICENSED COMMUNITY CARE CLINICS. THE CENTERS INCLUDE MULTI-SPECIALTY CLINICS SERVING THE MEDICAL NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITIES BY PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HEALTH CARE SERVICES BY HIGHLY TRAINED, COMPASSIONATE PHYSICIANS. CCHC HAS FOUR HEALTH CENTERS THAT ARE LICENSED AS 1204 (A) COMMUNITY CLINICS UNDER THE CA DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH, WHICH IS A SEPARATE LICENSURE FROM THE HOSPITAL. THESE HEALTH CENTERS WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SERVICES: ADVANCED ORTHOPEDICS, WOMEN'S HEALTH, UROLOGY AND WEIGHT LOSS.DURING THE DECEMBER 15, 2021 CCHC BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING, IT WAS APPROVED THAT THE ORGANIZATION AND ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL DISSOLVE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ALIGNMENT OF THE BAKERSFIELD AREA HEALTH CENTERS MANAGED UNDER THE AUTHORITY OF THE RELATED ORGANIZATION, PACIFIC CENTRAL COAST HEALTH CENTERS. THE ORGANIZATION PLANS TO DISSOLVE EFFECTIVE JUNE 30, 2022.
