THE BELVIDERE FOUNDATION WAS CREATED TO SUPPORT THE FOLLOWING GOALS: (I) THE RESTORATION, PRESERVATION, AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE HISTORIC STRUCTURE AND PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY AND COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE BELVIDERE THEATER, (II) THE ADMINISTRATION OPERATION, MAINTENANCE, MARKETING, AND PROGRAMMING OF THE BELVIDERE THEATER; AND (III) FUNDRAISING AND OTHER FISCAL TRANSACTIONS THAT SUPPORT AND FURTHER THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION.
