THE TRANSPARENCY PROGRAM (TTP) SUCCESSFULLY ACCOMPLISHED WINNING A RFP FROM THE CITY OF CLEVELAND, AS A PROFESSIONAL FATHERHOOD CONSULTANT, OVERSEEING THEIR MOMSFIRST FATHERHOOD PROJECT. OVER THE COURSE OF THE YEAR, TTP, ACCOMPLISHED THE TASK OF PROVIDING PROFESSIONALS SERVICES FOR THIS PROJECT. THE SERVICES INCLUDED DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING PROGRAM POLICIES, SYSTEMS, AND PROCEDURES. AS THE CONSULTANT, TTP WAS REQUIRED TO ENHANCE AND SUPPORT THE FATHERHOOD PROJECT BASED ON THEIR MISSION OF PROVIDING REFERRALS, AND CASE MANAGING CLIENTS THROUGH COMPLETION. IN ADDITION, TTP ENGAGED, ENROLLED, AND INVOLVED FATHERS-TO BE, AND NEW FATHERS IN PRENATAL CARE, CHILDBIRTH EVENTS, INFANT CARE, AND COPARENTING. ONCE ENGAGED, TTP PROVIDED HOME VISITS, CASE MANAGEMENT, COACHING, AND REFERRALS TO GROUP SERVICES THAT ARE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THEIR NEEDS AND THEIR ACTIVE AND HEALTHY INVOLVEMENT IN THE PRENATAL PERIOD, THE CHILDBIRTH EVENT, AND INFANCY. SOME OF THE SPECIAL SERVICES THAT TTP PROVIDED THE FATHERHOOD PROJECT, INCLUDED IMPLEMENTING AN INTEGRATING, COMPREHENSIVE COMMUNITYBASED, INDIGENOUS, OUTREACH PROJECTS THAT PROVIDES SUPPORT FOR DATA COLLECTION FORM AND ASSESSMENT, CASE FINDING, SERVICE LINKAGE, RISK ASSESSMENT AND SCREENING, PREVENTIVE HEALTH EDUCATION, CARE COORDINATION, AND ONGOING SUPPORT TO FATHER PARTNERS WITHIN THE CITY OF CLEVELAND. THE CITY OF CLEVELAND PROVIDED FUNDS ACCORDING TO THE CONTRACT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($120,000.00), WHICH SUM SHALL INCLUDE ALL EXPENSES. ALL FUNDS WERE USED TO HIRE STAFF AND ACCOMPLISH THE SCOPE OF WORK REQUIRED FOR THE PROJECT.
