-CURRICULUM AND TRAINING THE CENTER OFFERS LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING BASED ON PRINCIPLES OF COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP THROUGH REGULARLY OFFERED EIGHT-WEEK TRAININGS, THROUGH SHORTER WORKSHOPS, AND THROUGH ORGANIZATIONAL ENGAGEMENTS THAT INCLUDE ASSESSMENT, TRAINING, AND ONGOING LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT.-RESEARCH THE CENTER SURVEYS LEADERS ON ISSUES AFFECTING ORGANIZATIONAL ENVIRONMENTS, LEADERS, AND TEAM MEMBERS. OUR RESEARCH IS PUBLISHED IN PEER-REVIEWED JOURNALS, MAGAZINES, AND IN SINGLE TOPIC REPORTS.-COMMUNITY THE CENTER ACTS TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY ACTION FOR THOSE SEEKING TO STRENGTHEN THEMSELVES, THEIR ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE WORLD THROUGH LEADING COMPASSIONATELY. WE DO THIS WITH REGULARLY SCHEDULED FREE COMMUNITY GATHERINGS, THROUGH INFORMATION SHARING IN SOCIAL MEDIA, AND THROUGH DIRECT ENGAGEMENT WITH OTHERS WHO CARE ABOUT COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP.-THOUGHT LEADERSHIP. THE CENTER REGULARLY PUBLISHES ITS VIEWS AND IDEAS ON THE SIGNIFICANCE OF COMPASSIONATE LEADERSHIP AND EFFECTIVE MEANS TO ADVANCE IT. WE ALSO CONSULT WITH MEMBERS OF OUR ADVISORY BOARD, WHO ARE THOUGHT LEADERS IN THEIR OWN RIGHT IN THIS FIELD.
