ONCE ACHIEVED, WE MOVE FORWARD WITH THEM TO DEVELOP A PLAN OF ACTION TO GUIDE THEM TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY.

LVT APARTMENT OUTREACH - CONNECTS WITH YOUNG ADULTS, ADULTS AND/OR FAMILIES TO ENCOURAGE AND SUPPORT THEM SO THEY CAN ATTAIN A HIGHER LEVEL OF SELF- SUFFICIENCY. OVER 80 FAMILIES RECEIVED PARTIAL RENT ASSISTANCE WHICH ALLOWED THEM TO REMAIN IN THEIR HOMES WHICH IS CRITICAL FOR FAMILY STABILITY. EMERGENCY GROCERY FUNDS FED THOUSANDS OF INDIVIDUALS.
CAMP HOPE LVT - CAMPS THAT REACH CHILDREN UP TO 5TH GRADE. PROVIDED FUND CAMP, ENRICHMENT EXPERIENCES, AND MEALS FOR OVER 230 CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES.
BUILDING NORTH TEXAS - THIS PROGRAM IS A 5-WEEK LONG WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM WHICH PREPARES ITS GRADUATES FOR A CAREER IN CONSTRUCTION.
