AND TO ASSIST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES IN REALIZING MAXIMUM PERSONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT IN HOME, WORK AND COMMUNITY BY PROVIDING A CONTINUUM OF INDIVIDUALIZED SERVICES AND SUPPORTS IN SETTINGS LEAST RESTRICTIVE FOR THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL. AS AN ADJUNCT TO THESE SERVICES, WHENVER POSSIBLE, RBR ALLIANCE, INC. RBR ALLIANCE PROVIDES MANAGEMENT, HUMAN RESOURCES, ACCOUNTING, INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, MARKETING, AND FUND RAISING SERVICES TO ITS' CLIENT ORGANIZATIONS, TO ASSIST THEM IN THEIR SPECIFIC PROGRAMS, WHICH SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR FAMILIES. RBR PROVIDES OVERALL MANAGEMENT AND DIRECTION TO PROGRAM DIRECTORS, AND HELP DEPARTMENTAL LEADERS DIRECT THEIR PROGRAMS AND STAFF. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGES ALL ASPECTS OF PERSONNEL FROM POLICY SETTING AND REVIEW, TO HIRING AND ON-BOARDING, AND ALL COMPLIANCE AND RECORD KEEPING FOR EMPLOYEES. RBR PROVIDES ALL ACCOUNTING, BILLING, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE, PAYROLL, AND FINANCIAL REPORTING FOR EACH PROGRAM AND AGENCY INCLUDING ALL GOVERNMENT REPORTING. IT SUPPORT IS PROVIDED TO ALL AGENCIES.
