IS A COMMUNITY OUTREACH ORGANIZATION PROVIDING CARE AND TREATMENT OF THE SICK, INFIRM, INJURED, DISABLED OR AFFLICTED, AND ALL OTHER PERSONS WHO ARE IN ANY WAY IN NEED OF HEALTH CARE WITHOUT DISTINCTION TO RACE, CREED, COLOR, SEX, AGE, NATIONAL ORIGIN, ETHNIC ORIGIN, OR DISABILITY. CAMERON MEDICAL OUTREACH OPERATES A RETAIL PHARMACY AND AN ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY (CAMERON WOODS) WHOSE MISSION IS TO PROVIDE A SENIOR LIVING COMMUNITY DESIGNED TO MEET THE CHANGING NEEDS OF OLDER ADULTS THROUGH CAMERON WOODS.
