PROVIDES TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO HEALTH CENTERS AND ENTITIES SEEKING HEALTH CARE ACCESS OPTIONS ON GOVERNANCE AND COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS, QUALITY IMPROVEMENT, AND PROGRAM ANALYSIS.
