LOBBYING FOR BETTER AND MORE UNIFORM LEGISLATION AFFECTING THE ADMINISTRATION OF CLERK FUNCTIONS AND COUNTY GOVERNMENT GENERALLY. NO REVENUE STREAM IS SPECIFICALLY EARMARKED FOR THE FUNCTION.


SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM FOR GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS WITH AN INTEREST IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION. FOR 2021, 8 SCHOLARSHIPS WERE AWARDED. THE PROGRAM IS FUNDED BY A SILENT AUCTION AT EACH SEMI-ANNUAL CONFERENCE OF ITEMS DONATED BY THE MEMBERSHIP.
