TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, REHABILITATIONAND SUPPORT FOR STROKE SURVIVORS AND THEIR FAMILIES IN COLORADO. WE ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH REHABILITATION CLASSES,SKILL BUILDING LABS, SUPPORT GROUPS FOR STROKE SURVIVORS AND CAREGIVERS AND SURVIVOR AND CAREGIVER SUPPORT GROUPS.

PROGRAM SERVICES OFFERED INCLUDE APHASIA GROUP THERAPY, BOOK CLUB, BRAIN BOOSTERS, COGNITIVE THERAPY, GUYS COUNSELING GROUP,NEUROLOGICAL MUSIC THERAPY, CHAIR YOGA, WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS, SUPPORT GROUPS FOR STROKE SURVIVORS AND CARE GIVERS, PHYSICAL AND POOL THERAPY AND SKILL BUILDING LABS. ADDITIONALLY, THE CENTER PROVIDED ZOOM CLASSES AND THERAPY DURING THE CORONA VIRUS OUTBREAK FOR STROKE SURVIVORS. THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 290 CLIENTS SERVED AND 5,136 UNITS OF SERVICE PROVIDED DURING 2021.
