TO FACILLITATE THE ENCOURAGEMENT AND CREATION OF A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMOUNG THE RESIDENTS AND TO FUND AND SPONSOR ACTIVITIES IN THE PURSUIT OF THIS GOAL. TO EDUCATE THE RESIDENTS ABOUT THE COVENANTS AND TO ENCOURAGE RESIDENTS TO PRESERVE THEIR AND THEIR NEIGHBORS PROPERTY VALUES.

COMMUNITY EVENTS: COMMUNITY CLEANUP; EASTER EGG HUNT; GARAGE SALE PROMOTION FOR RESIDENTS; PICNIC; AND SANTA AND CARRIAGE RIDE.
