THE PROJECT IS OPERATED UNDER SECTION 207, PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT OF 1974, MORTGAGE INSURANCE FOR THE PURCHASE OR REFINANCING OF EXISTING MULTIFAMILY HOUSING PROJECTS, AND IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) WITH RESPECT TO RENTAL CHANGES AND OPERATING METHODS.
