PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE EARLY LEARNING AND CHILDCARE FOR 285-300 LOW-INCOME /AT RISK CHILDREN FROM BIRTH THROUGH FIVE YEARS OLD IN LA PLATA, ARCHULETA, AND MONTEZUMA COUNTIES; PROVIDE FAMILY SUPPORT, RESOURCE AND REFERRAL; ENSURE HEALTH, MENTAL HEALTH, AND DENTAL SCREENING AND FOLLOW-UP SERVICES; PROVIDE CHILD CARE STAFF TRAINING AND EDUCATION
