PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO RESIDENTS OF THE CENTER'S CATCHMENT AREA, WHICH IS MADE UP OF SIX COUNTIES IN WESTERN COLORADO.

Part 3 - Line 4a

PROVIDE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS ASSISTANCE INCLUDING EVERY AGE GROUP AND CULTURE OVER A SIX COUNTY REGION. SERVICES INCLUDE MENTAL HEALTH EMERGENCIES, INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP THERAPY, PEER SERVICES, SUPPORT GROUPS, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, INTENSIVE CASE MANAGEMENT, PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES, AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES.


OTHER MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES PRIMARILY CONSIST OF SUBSTANCE ABUSE OUTPATIENT THERAPY, EVALUATIONS, CASE MANAGEMENT, AND STRATEGIES FOR CHANGE. SUICIDE PREVENTION AND NON-CLINICAL SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN OTHER MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.
