IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY, WYANDOT CENTER PROVIDES A CONTINUUM OF QUALITY SERVICES TO ENRICH AND STRENGTHEN THE LIVES OF WYANDOTTE COUNTY CITIZENS.

WYANDOT CENTER PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO ADULTS. SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE COMMUNITY INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, SUPPORTED HOUSING, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, HOMELESS OUTREACH AND CRISIS INTERVENTION. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE ASSESSMENT, MEDICAL MANAGEMENT, OUTPATIENT THERAPY AND WALK-IN CRISIS CLINIC. WYANDOT CENTER SERVED 6,098 CLIENTS IN ALL SERVICES. CRISIS CLINIC SERVED 897 AND PERFORMED 252 HOSPITAL ADMISSION SCREENS.
