WYANDOT CENTER PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO ADULTS. SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE COMMUNITY INCLUDE CASE MANAGEMENT, SUPPORTED HOUSING, SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT, HOMELESS OUTREACH AND CRISIS INTERVENTION. OTHER SERVICES INCLUDE ASSESSMENT, MEDICAL MANAGEMENT, OUTPATIENT THERAPY AND WALK-IN CRISIS CLINIC. WYANDOT CENTER SERVED 6,552 CLIENTS IN ALL SERVICES. CRISIS CLINIC SERVED 379 AND PERFORMED 272 HOSPITAL ADMISSION SCREENS.
